In the age of technology, the light that dominates our lives has shifted from natural light to the glow of screens. Everyone sits behind an electronic screen, their faces illuminated by the shifting light and shadows from within. Do people feel warmth from the light of the screen? Does technology alter the way humans perceive light?
Through the artwork "Post-Nature", we aim to explore the relationship between humans, virtual light, and natural light.
In a dark space, screens of various sizes are scattered, forming a picnic scene. Images of food are arranged on a red-and-white checkered cloth; before your eyes, lush green grass stretches out, and a river glistens under the sunlight. In the distance, the forest is deep and serene, windmills spin softly in your ears, and above, white clouds drift slowly across the sky. Within this virtual nature created by screens, it seems as though we can feel the warmth of light, the coolness of the breeze, and the sense of tranquility. Those who step into this immersive installation become both viewers and, perhaps, the person having the picnic.

The natural landscapes on the screens are reduced to virtual images, yet the light emitted from the electronic screens is undeniably real. Just as in this era, the real and the virtual, technology and nature coexist in a paradoxical yet harmonious balance.
